Following along on Instagram? @resettheory.co is where I share gentle reminders, quotes, and tiny resets between Sunday letters.

As we close out the year, I just want to say thank you — truly.

Every December, I love doing a “year in review” with myself — and honestly, with my closest friends too.
Not the corporate version.
Not the hustle, goals, metrics version.

Just a quiet check-in.

A moment to look at the year you lived… and actually honor it.

Because so much of growth doesn’t look like a checkbox.
It looks like a truth you finally admitted.
A boundary you held.
A tiny shift you made that softened your whole life.

Sometimes the thing you’re most proud of isn’t an accomplishment — it’s awareness.

Maybe you realized you don’t feel good around certain people.
Maybe you learned to put yourself first without apologizing.
Maybe you stopped forcing something your body or spirit could no longer carry.

This counts.
This deeply counts.

So this year, I’m keeping it simple.

Just three things.

Three things you learned.
Three things you accomplished.
Three things you’re quietly proud of — whether or not anyone else noticed.

Pick any category. Mix them together. There are no rules here.

What matters is that you name them.

Because naming is how we honor what’s real.

The Reset Ritual: Your Year in Review

Take a deep breath. Let this be gentle.

What are three things you’re carrying forward from this year?
They can be:

  • Something you learned

  • Something you’re proud of

  • Something you did differently

  • Something you outgrew

  • Something you protected

  • Something you finally understood

There’s no wrong answer.

Reply back if you want to share yours — I genuinely love reading them.

💬 Quote to Carry
“Growth isn’t always visible. Sometimes it’s just you becoming someone you trust.”

See you next week.
And remember — you can always start over.
